Shipping policy

We ship nationwide (Philippines) through JRS and LBC.  JRS is more economical in terms of cost.  On the other hand, LBC is easier to track and follow-up.

Before submitting your order, please double-check that your shipping address is correct! Decotherapy is not responsible for any typos or improperly addressed orders, so recheck that form.

Our current lead time is 3-5 days production lead time and ship packages thrice a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays).  We send the tracking number within 24 hours of shipping through your e-mail.

Shipping time is about 7 days for JRS and LBC.  Courier lead time is beyond our control after we dispatch the package to them.  For inquiries about deliveries, please contact the courier directly.
