Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, returns are reviewed on a case by case basis, and each customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our Cebu City Warehouse. Please email walldecoph@gmail.com with a return request, if you are not satisfied, within 30 days of purchasing.
We cannot be held responsible for application errors during the installation process. However, we would be happy to help and offer solutions in cases like those. Please contact us if you have any questions walldecoph@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
We do try our best to pack our vinyl decals in a sturdy box. However, due to courier handling being out of our control, some packages may arrive looking damaged. Don't fret, just yet! Fortunately, the vinyl decal is resilient. Creases more often than not do not affect the outcome. Unless the decal itself has been ripped or torn, it will still adorn your walls as lovely as you imagined. But if you attempt to apply it to the wall and realize it has been damaged in shipping, please contact us so we can help you find a solution.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
